Included Utilities

All mid term (3-12 months) rental prices include a comprehensive package of utilities and high-speed internet. The utility package covers electricity, water, gas, and trash removal, all based on a historical average allowance. Renters can assume utility responsibility for long-term stays (more than 6 months) or those needing higher utility usage outside our earth-friendly settings. Long term rentals (12 months or more) does not include utilities.

Refundable Damage Deposit: $500

The damage and holding deposit are fully refundable, provided all conditions are met on the move-out. ​Long term rentals (12 months or more) will require a deposit of one month rental rate.

One Time Cleaning Fee 

The one-time cleaning fee covers the costs associated with meticulous cleaning and sanitization of the premises, ensuring a fresh and hygienic environment and excellent upkeep of our units. Our commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable experience for each guest. 

1 Bedroom: $125 (no pets)     $150 (pets)

2 Bedrooms: $150 (no pets)   $175 (pets)

3 Bedrooms: $175 (no pets)   $200 (pets)

Pet Policy

Broadway, Arcadia, Dantzler, Fairfield, Shaker, and Clays Mill A are pet-friendly.

Clays Mill B is cat and small friendly only

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 30 days before or earlier, 50% of paid prepayments are refundable 14 days before arrival, and 0% are refundable if canceled less than 14 days before arrival.

Rental agreements are considered month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days written notice.

Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle Accepted

Visa & Mastercard are accepted with an additional 4% fee.​
